Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All consultation fees must be paid in advance.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under the conditions mentioned below.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Technical failure from TalkToDoc's platform that prevents consultation

• Practitioner (doctor/yoga instructor) unavailability without rescheduling

• Duplicate payment made by the user

• Service not delivered due to TalkToDoc's operational issue

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after booking

• Missed appointments by the user

• Late joining or incomplete consultation

• Dissatisfaction with medical opinion or wellness advice

• Internet issues from the user's side

• Failure to follow provided instructions or schedules

a. User-Initiated Cancellation

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not refundable.

• Cancellations made earlier may be eligible for rescheduling, not refund.

b. TalkToDoc-Initiated Cancellation

If TalkToDoc cancels an appointment, users will receive:

• Full refund or

• Free rescheduling, based on user preference

• Fees for yoga, wellness packages, or subscription plans are non-refundable once the program has started.

• If a program is canceled by TalkToDoc, a pro-rated refund may be considered.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

• Registered name

• Booking ID

• Date of consultation

• Reason for refund request
